Cihan Anadologlu

Cihan Anadologlu is an internationally acclaimed bartender and consultant for the food and beverage industry. After working in New York, London, and Hong Kong, he went on to serve as head bartender at some of the world’s most prestigious bars. His cocktail creations have received numerous international awards and have been featured in magazines, on radio, and on television. In 2016, he opened his own bar, CIRCLE BY CIHAN ANADOLOGLU, in collaboration with Hearthouse in Munich. It was immediately ranked among the Top 100 Best Bars, nominated as one of the Top 5 Best New European Bars, and named Germany’s Most Innovative Bar in its very first year. Anadologlu’s signature drinks have been served at high-profile events including the Academy Awards (2014), the GQ Awards, and the Bambi Awards.

Daniel Esswein works as a food photographer in Frankfurt am Main. During his journalism studies, he spent more than ten years working in event catering. This first step into the world of gastronomy paved the way for his career in food photography. A growing number of award-winning cookbooks stands as a testament to his successful work.
